Biomix is recommended for all crops in nurseries, covered and open areas. The micro-organisms it contains have been isolated from Latvian soil and form an excellent complex of bacteria and microbial fungi for soil improvement. The activity of the micro-organisms and the metabolic products they secrete contribute to the formation of soil aggregates which improve soil structure and porosity, water retention and aeration, creating a more favourable environment for root growth. The bacteria in the Biomix fix atmospheric nitrogen, convert it into a form that can be taken up by the plant and promote the movement of nutrients through the plant, improving nutrient cycling. This reduces the use of synthetic fertilisers.
The rich complex of bacteria and microbial fungi compete with soil pathogens for nutrients and space, making it more difficult for pathogens to multiply while increasing the number of beneficial micro-organisms around the plant roots.
Biomix improves and enriches the soil, accelerates root and stem growth, promotes flowering and crop maturation. Also suitable as SOS fertiliser to improve soil fertility.
The product is friendly to humans, animals, bees and other pollinators.
IMPORTANT
The fertiliser is authorised for use in organic farming in accordance with European Commission Regulation 2021/1165.
- It should not be mixed with fungicides.
- Sufficient soil moisture and warmth (+15° to +25° C) increase efficiency.
- Use above the specified dose does not cause harm to plants, humans, animals or the environment.
- All microbial fertilisers can be combined with each other.
- There is no waiting period between treatment and harvest.
STORAGE
The preparation should be stored at +3° to +10°C. Shelf life for unopened packaging 3 months from the date of manufacture, see label.

In depleted soils, the rate is increased by a factor of 2-3.

Use
- Seed, seedling treatment – fine seeds are sown, sprayed with the prepared solution and covered with soil. The coarsest seeds are soaked in the solution, dried if necessary and sown. Onions, garlic, scallions shall be soaked in the solution or sprayed, then set out. Strawberry plants, shrub and tree seedlings shall be soaked in the liquid or sprayed and displayed.
- Root system, soil – water the roots and soil of the plant, re-water as necessary.
- It is recommended that purchased container plants, potted plants or other seedlings with a root ball of soil are treated with a solution of Biomix before planting.
- There is no limit to the frequency of application, preferably several times a season.

Planting at the moment

Planting,
bare-root seedlings are soaked in the solution, then displayed. Seedlings with a root ball covered with soil shall be planted and watered with the prepared solution, keeping the soil moist. The fertiliser is reapplied 2-3 times a season.
Result
The plant is vigorous, blooms gloriously and produces a bountiful harvest, rich in essential nutrients.
