Goods purchased in the online store bioefekts.lv, in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 255 \u201cTerms and Conditions for Distance Contracts\u201d Clause 19 may be returned by the\u00a0consumer\u00a01<\/sup><\/a>\u00a0within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. According to Section 12, Paragraph eleven of the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, \u201ca consumer is liable for a decrease in the value of a product if the product has been used for a purpose other than ascertaining the nature, characteristics and operation of the product [\u2026]\u201d. The Company asks the Clients to take into account that during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal the consumer has the right to use the product to the extent necessary to inspect the product (as much as it could be before purchasing the product in a regular store). During the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the consumer shall be liable for the use of the goods in excess of the purpose for which the goods were examined and which is incompatible with the principle of good faith and for diminishing the value, quality and safety of the goods.<\/p>\n

Consequently, the Company reserves the right to bring a civil action against the consumer in court to recover damages related to the decrease in value, quality and safety of the product, including in cases where the product is not returned in its original packaging and there are visible signs of negligent use (say damaged polyethylene or plastic packaging containing the goods). The company also asks the consumer to keep the carton of the product and return it with the product, as the serial number of the product is indicated on the packaging.<\/p>\n

All cases when the right of withdrawal cannot be used are considered in the\u00a0Cabinet Regulation No. 255<\/a>.<\/p>\n

For a refund, please complete the withdrawal form in writing and deliver it to the Company in person, by post or by signing a secure electronic signature with a time stamp and sending it by e-mail.<\/p>\n

Defective goods return form<\/a>, when the damaged goods are received.<\/p>\n

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the paid amount for the product is returned to the specified current account no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification \u201cOn the exercise of the right of withdrawal\u201d. The Seller is entitled to withhold the amount of money paid by the consumer for the goods until it is returned or documents confirming its sending to the Seller are submitted, depending on which action is performed earlier.<\/p>\n

The returned goods must be delivered to the registered office of the Company, without delay and no later than within 14 days from the notification of the decision to withdraw from the distance contract. If the product is returned by sending it to the registered office, the costs related to the return of the product are borne by the consumer.<\/p>\n

The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal (including the complete and perfect preservation of the packaging).<\/p>\n

The returned item must be in full set (must have all the accessories that were in the package) If the item was purchased during the promotion together with another added item, then the full set (all items) must be returned.<\/p>\n
