  1. Delivery method and fee:
    1. Free receipt of goods in the limited liability company “BIOEFEKTS” factory store, located at Līvzemes Street 30, Salaspils, on working days from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
    2. Delivery throughout the Baltics, choosing to receive the product in Omniva parcels. For more information on delivery with Omniva, see here.
    3. Delivery by courier, choosing to receive the product in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Germany, Great Britain, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, France, Italy, Ireland, Spain, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, Portugal, Luxembourg, Republic of Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Malta, Romania, Croatia or Cyprus.   2. Delivery time and place:
    1. If you have chosen the free way of receiving goods in the BIOEFEKTS factory store, which is located in Salaspils, Līvzemes Street 30, then the product can be received on working days from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Orders placed before 11.00 can be received on the same day, starting at 14.00. If the order is placed after 11.00, it can be received on the next working day. Upon receipt of the order, an order confirmation must be presented.
    2. Delivery to the selected parcel terminal is provided on the next working day (except Sundays) after the order fulfillment confirmation. Delivery time may be longer during promotions.
    3. Delivery by courier is provided within 3-9 working days depending on the country of delivery. Delivery time may be longer during promotions.
    4. In order to ensure delivery as quickly as possible, the buyer must take care of:
      1. For the exact delivery address. All necessary additional information, such as the door code, if any, must also be provided to enable the courier to deliver on time. If the delivery address is incorrect or inaccurate, the specified delivery time may be extended without notice. Orders are delivered in accordance with the delivery conditions specified by omniva.lv, depending on the type and place of delivery.
      2. For accurate information, including phone number. In order to be able to contact the buyer at the specified delivery time.
      3. For an identity document at the time of delivery. At the time of delivery, the courier has the right to ask you to present an identity document to verify the identity of the recipient.
  3. Shipment amount:
    1. The maximum shipment weight is 30 kg. As well as the total length of the circumference (length x2 + width X2) and height of one consignment may not exceed 3 m.
